Our Maintenance division, with our many long term employees, brings proactive professionalism to your site each week. When it comes to your landscape maintenance needs we not only mow, but we also handle all your fertilization and weed control issues. Whether you need a complete renovation of your landscape or just a touch up we can handle it all. No job to big or too small.

Basic Service Guidelines

• Maintenance Service is based on yearly agreements, which are normally 43 visits per year. Weekly visits during the growing season March – October and twice per month November – February.
• Our pricing is divided into 12 equal monthly payments, (excluding any additional work that you have done, i.e. irrigation repairs, renovations, etc.).
• Our service includes all needed fertilizer and weed controls. We are licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture to perform these services.
• Irrigation checks are only performed by state licensed irrigators as required by state law.
• Mulch installation twice per year to existing beds and trees, included in monthly pricing.
• “Set” weekly mow schedule, excluding holidays and weather.
